How it is Blogging as a Pharmacy Student

Sharing is caring!

Blogging takes time and devotion to become successful at. Without passion for it every effort would be completely futile. As humans as much as we love what we do there are always priorities. There is always something that’s going to come first to you than doing something else, but with passion for that one thing, I trust you’ll always find a way. As much as I want to be a successful blogger, I also want to graduate as a pharmacist with good grades.
These two seem like the catch, but to achieve them one must be let down for the other because finding a rhythm for the two would be difficult. Last year I worked hard on my blog building it thus far, along the line last year I had a little setback and after, I pushed blogging away to focus fully on my studies as I had professional exams to write. At that time, as much as it yearned for me to write something I was always drawn back by the very thought of failing my exams while being carried away with blogging. Yes, blogging as a pharmacy student is difficult.

The struggle to cope with studies and blogging at the same time isn’t easy. I have been struggling a lot to try to find a rhythm between the two. I earlier planned that when I got my domain, I’d push on blogging harder but it turned out that this year would be more difficult as I have a lot more academic workload than I did last year. I didn’t think blogging would become this difficult to keep up with but I won’t give up still. I will just try to blog in my own pace. I really want to apologize to my followers. I felt like I abandoned you all. is here to stay and I need your help to keep this blog alive.

What way do you think I would be able to manage blogging and studies?

Please your feedback is required. I will respond to all feedbacks. Thank you!

I can imagine. But just know the blog will always be here when you have the time for it. You aren’t failing anyone by focusing on your studies. I know we sometimes like for our blogs to be a highly structured and carefully-crafted thing, but sometimes it’s okay for it not to be. We are our writing, essentially, and when we find our lives growing in a different direction than what has been reflected in our blogs thus far, it’s okay to pause, self-reflect, and change things up if needed. And there’s some freedom in that. My advice is to just write whatever is on your mind and whenever you feel like, even if it doesn’t feel up to standard. And for times you don’t, just keep some notes on what you would like to blog about in future.

I would think it would be difficult, but if you love blogging, you might use the blog time as a “treat” when you complete studies or an exam. I am new to blogging and feel pressure to be consistent and to promote on social channels. I have chores and a full time job to do, it can be a lot. Lessen the expectations for yourself in the blog arena. You will be great with all of it when you feel less stressed, the blog will come naturally with your passion. Best wishes!! xoxo Michelle ?

You’re right, it really does get difficult at times.

Like now I have major professional exams coming up and so haven’t had time for blogging.

The key thing for me here is that I have to set my priorities straight. I always know that my education should come first as much as I love to blog.

Thanks so much for the advice, I really appreciate you taking out time like this to read my posts and leave a comment. I’ll be sure to keep them in mind.
